Within steps of the Pacific Ocean and just a short stroll from the village of La Jolla, 464 Prospect® is an oasis from the pressures of the outside world. Creating the illusion of one grand estate, this historic landmark has experienced a rebirth, and is now home to buildings that house a limited number of one- and two-story luxury villas.
As the original site of Scripps Memorial Hospital and Metabolic Clinic in 1924, the property was later designated as a local historical landmark on April 7, 1989. The Historical Site Board approved an adoption re-use of the site in 1998, resulting in the current 464 Prospect luxury condominium project.
At 464 Prospect, private balconies, rooftop terraces and expansive windows extend spacious interiors providing villas with ocean or garden views. Walking access paths meander through lush garden areas and fountains, many with intimate courtyards. The rooftop terrace over the waters of the blue Pacific provides a panoramic view. |
