464 Prospect® Wins Prestigious Industry Award

464 Prospect, the luxury condominium development at the site of the former Scripps Hospital on Prospect Street, has taken its rightful place in building history as a recipient of two Awards of Merit - honors presented by the Pacific Coast Builders Association.

The 47-unit project, was voted Best Renovated / Restored Project and Attached Residential Project of the Year 2003. The Award of Merit is the predecessor to the Golden Nugget Awards - the most prestigious honor that can be earned in the building industry. It is the oldest and biggest program of its kind, honoring creative achievements in architectural design planning. 464 Prospect was in competition against other developments throughout the 14 western states and the Pacific Rim.

The architects responsible for the restoration and design of the Scripps site, McLarand Vasques Emsiek & Partners, remained true to the historical architecture while creating the stunning new living spaces.
